Cultivation


Our vineyards and the cultivation of them have the purpose of getting wine in respect of the different varieties from the grapes that they came from. With Winemaker expressing, in the nose and mouth, the character of our land and the particularity of a traditional culture of our vines. The type of growing grapes in our area is made of two types:
Trellis cultivation: With vineyards of ages between 10 and 20 years. These young vineyards of low production are controlled by the farmers. This control increases the quality of grapes and wines.
Gobelet cultivation: For vineyards of ages between 30 and 80 years. It is the most traditional cultivation of the area with a reduced and controlled production. This kind of cultivation increases the quality of grapes, which leads to a high quality of wine.
The production are, on average, from 2000 to 5000kg a year. This reflects the care and control we apply to our vineyards, with the purpose of getting a great wine of high quality.
